Oakland ~ The bonsai exhibit at the Lakeside Park Garden Center in Oakland attracts a crowd of gardeners.

Ted Matson a bonsai teacher from Southern California, offers some pointers to Tony Saraceno of Concord on the trimming of his trident maple. The two were at the 23rd annual Exhibition of Fine Bonsai at the Lakeside Garden Club on Sunday.
