Oakland ~ Conductor Michael Morgan and the Oakland East Bay Symphony have a lot of help for tonight's performance of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's mighty Mass in C minor at the Paramount Theatre.

Two sopranos, a tenor a baritone and the forces of Magen Solomon's Oakland Symphony Chorus have been marshaled for the effort. Also on the program is Mozart's "Ave verum Corpus," a motet for chorus, strings and organs, and the world premiere of Ann Lathan Kerzner's Adagio from "Diary of the Damned."

The performance is 8:00 tonight at the Paramount, 2025 Broadway, Oakland. Tickets are $15-$58. Contact (925) 685-8497, www.ticketmaster.com or www.oebs.org or the Paramount box office.
