Musical theater is seeking cast, crew Auditions to be held Saturday and Sunday Posted in the Oakland Tribune on Friday, March 11, 2005 Written by Staff Writers Oakland — The Woodminster Summer Musicals is holding auditions Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. for community members who wish to perform in the 2005 summer season kicking off with "Oklahoma!" in July. Adult singers need to prepare 32 bars each of two songs and bring the music to the audition. An accompanist will be provided. The other musicals chosen for this year's series are "Hello Dolly!" and "Jesus Christ Superstar." Separate dance auditions will be held next month. The company also is accepting resumes from choreographers, set designers, lighting designers, props manager, carpenters, conductors and choral directors.
