Finance and Management Agency Announcement Thursday, April 01, 2004 Provided by the Finance and Management Agency Oakland ~ The Finance and Management Agency is pleased to announce the appointment of Angela Joyner as Agency Administrative Manager of the Finance and Management Agency, effective March 29. Angela joined the City in 2000 and has worked in the Budget Office, Office of Parks and Recreation and, most recently, was Principal Financial Analyst in the Finance and Management Agency. Angela has served as acting Agency Administrative Manager since July 2003. Other changes have taken place in the Finance and Management Agency. A recent announcement confirmed the appointment of Marcia Meyers as Director of Personnel Resource Management and Bob Glaze as Chief Technology Officer. Noel Pinto, the former Parking Manager, has left the City for a new job opportunity. Francine Larkrith-Thompson is serving as interim Parking Manager.
