Oakland Neighborhood Basketball League Tuesday, May 04, 2004 Oakland ~ The Sports Department for the City of Oakland, Office of Parks and Recreation would like to announce and invite everyone to join the Youth Summer Basketball Leagues. The Oakland Neighborhood Basketball League (O.N.B.L.) celebrates its 31st year, providing boys and girls between the ages of 8 through 18 with the opportunity to participate in competitive basketball leagues. Teams will play games at various Oakland Recreation Centers and participating High School Gyms. Each team will play two (2) games a week, either on Monday & Wednesday or Tuesday & Thursday. Games will begin promptly at 5:30 p.m. with the last game ending at 8:30 p.m. Leagues begin on Monday, June 28, 2004 Registration is open from May 3 to June 11, 2004 Fees
