Making a Difference Posted in the San Antonio Unity June / July 2004 Edition Written by San Antonio Unity Staff Writers Since 1994 the Earn Your Bike Program (EYBP) has offered, promoted and facilitated bicycle safety in the City of Oakland fro children and youth ages 10 through 18 years old. Through the EYBP children and youth have had the opportunity to earn their own bicycles through bicycle safety classes, and community clean ups; by helping as stewards in preserving and conserving our limited resources.
