Meeting is from 6:30-8:30 p.m. on Oct. 4 at West Oakland Senior Center, second floor, 1724 Adeline St. Design Team (Philip Banta, AIA, Architect; Adrienne Wong, ASLA, Landscape Architect; Norman Hooks, RA, Architect) will be leading the meeting to review design and programming issues with the community.
