Fall Fest harvests creative works Posted in the Oakland Tribune on Thursday, September 29, 2005 Written by Staff Writers Oakland Arts and crafts lovers will be flocking this weekend to the 11th annual Montclair Fine Arts and Crafts Fall Fest in the Montclair Village. More than 90 artists from painters to potters, soap makers to sculptors are expected to line the sidewalks of the village for the two-day event sponsored by the Montclair Village Association and organized by Pacific Fine Arts. "It's such a great place to spend your afternoon," said Dana Hale-Mounier of Pacific Fine Arts, a company that brings art sales to cities around the Bay Area. Local artists, such as Oakland painter Enrico Antiporda, will showcase their new works alongside California artists of all creative persuasions. The festival will run from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday. Admission is free. Oakland Tribune
