ASA Coastal Navigation
For Immediate Release
on Wednesday, December 7, 2005

Learn navigation techniques including:

reading chart symbols
using plotting tools to chart your course
triangulation
predicting tide and current effects
use of navigation publications
danger bearings and compass use

Classroom sessions, along with the ASA text, and chart work exercises will help teach these valuable skills. Cost: $245 Students provide their own dividers, plotting tool (parallel rules, Portland plotter or other), pencils, eraser, and basic calculator.

Mondays & Wednesdays 6pm - 9pm
January 9th - February 8th
