Hooked On Fun
at Bushrod Recreation Center

Oakland ~ The City of Oakland, Office of Parks and Recreation, Bushrod Recreation Center offers the Hooked on "Fun"ics program, a free program designed for children five through eight years old to learn to read.

Learning is Fun
This is an excellent learn to read program for younger students. The students will learn basics and will have fun reading with teachers and peers.
