Lifeguard Management This course is ideal for pool managers, head lifeguards, aquatic supervisors, and lifeguards aspiring to becoming members of an aquatic facility management team. American Red Cross Lifeguard Management course provides candidates with the skills and knowledge needed to effectively manage lifeguards and to create an environment that keeps patrons, pool staff, and the aquatics facility safe. The lifeguard Management course covers the responsibilities of a lifeguard, team building, principles of injury prevention, risk management, and emergency response planning. |
