Manzanita Programs Located in the San Antonio neighborhood, Manzanita offers community services in collaboration with: Oakland Head Start, San Antonio CDC's Tutorial Program, and T.A.P. Programs include elementary sports, after-school programs, computer classes, cooking, arts & crafts, indoor basketball, and teen and pre-teen clubs. There is also a gym, two playgrounds, indoor and outdoor basketball courts. Manzanita Recreation Center
