Welcome to Request Facilities Online!
Welcome to Request Facilities Online, the new City of Oakland, Office of Parks and Recreation online facility reservation system. You can now submit a request for the use of one of our facilities over the Internet!

In order to access Facilities Online, you must first obtain a customer ID and password. If you do not have an account Request an Account Now. You will receive an email confirming your account and password on the next business day.

Begin the Request
If you already have an account and are ready to begin then click here to begin.

If you have any questions or require additional facility rental information, please call the Central Reservations Unit at (510) 238-3187, Monday through Friday between 9am and 4pm or send an email to parksandrec@oaklandnet.com to set up an online account. To book an actual reservation, please call the Central Reservations Unit between 9am~4pm, Monday through Thursday only.

To request a reservation for one of our facilities, you should have some information prepared before you start:

  • Your customer ID and password (Request an Account Now)
  • The number of people you expect to attend your event
  • The particular requirements of your event: which type of facility, where and special amenities
  • The date(s) and time(s) you want and a few alternates

Remember this is only a request. A confirmation will come by email or phone.

For questions regarding payments or refunds related to your reservation, please call Central Reservations at (510) 238-3187 between the hours of 9am and 4pm Monday-Friday. If you contact us outside of business hours, please allow one business day to receive a reply.

Please Note:The City of Oakland, Office of Parks and Recreation takes extensive measures to ensure that the information presented online and in printed materials is accurate and up to date. However, due to a high volume of inquiries and the priority of certain special events, there may be factors affecting facility availability that are not apparent in our online reservation system.

Please be sure to inquire about any specific facility changes, scheduling events or cancellations by contacting the Central Reservations Unit at (510) 238-3187 Monday thru Thursday between the hours of 9am and 4pm.
