a wooded knoll, the lodge contains a medium size banquet
room, hardwood floors and spectacular panoramic views of the
Bay Area and surrounding woodsy area. It also boasts a large,
outdoor barbecue pit and kitchen facilities. A serene location,
the lodge is ideal for private parties and special events.

Minimum rental requirements
Minimum of 4 hours plus deposit for the use of the facility. Decoration and clean-up time to be included in rental time.
There is a mandatory set-up and tear-down fee. The set-up and tear-down consists of City staff setting up and putting away tables and chairs, sweeping and mopping. Rental group is responsible for removing any decorations and putting all refuse in containers.
