Prohibitions
  1. Charging admission, selling tickets or merchandise, or solicitation of money in any manner is prohibited unless prior permission from the Director of OPR is obtained.

  2. Illegal use of drugs, profanity, drunkenness, and gambling are prohibited at any OPR facility.
