Additional Permits
Other types of permits may be required, e.g. City Charities Permit, Alcoholic Beverage License, Police Dance Permit, Sound Amplification Permit, etc. Renter is responsible to obtain such permits when required.

Making changes to existing reservations

• All changes to a building reservation permit must be made at the Central Reservations Unit by the person who made the original reservation.
  
  
• All changes to a building reservation permit must be made at least 30 days in advance of the reservation date. Changes include adding additional hours, altering set up sheets and adding alcohol permits.
  
  
• A reservation may be changed to another date one time only without being charged a fee if the request is submitted in writing to the Central Reservations Unit at least 31 days in advance of the reservation date.
  
  
• An administrative service fee will be charged for any changes to a permit two weeks or less before event date.
  
  
• Renters may not add hours or use options and pay for them on site. Park Rangers will close down any event that continues past contracted hours.

Rental Hours
Normal closing time for all indoor City facilities is 12:00 midnight, Sunday through Thursday. Citywide curfew is 1:00 a.m. on Friday and Saturday. Overtime rates are charged for any groups staying past 1:00 a.m.
