The following listed facilities are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Joaquin Miller, Lake Merritt Sailboat House, Leona Lodge, Morcom Rose Garden and the Sequoia Lodge requires of a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of 11 months in advance to make a reservation, the Garden Center may be reserved with a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of 6 months in advance.
